Devon Briggs

Devon has a plethora of weird and wonderful skills. In 2013 he completed his Bachelor of Industrial Design with Honours at Massey University in Wellington, New Zealand.

 His exhibition and rapid prototyping skills further developed from his 4 years in the engineering department of Weta Workshop. Following Covid-19 he further enriched his design for manufacture skills working at Fraser Fire and Rescue where he designed, manufactured and installed high end fire truck components for FENZ and abroad.

After a 3 year nomadic bus journey around New Zealand, he grew a deep passion for mental and physical wellbeing and is looking forward to bringing a creative, innovative and healthy work environment to Silk Design.
